Terms of Sale

Published: 18 August 2026.

1. Who makes this offer

Digital Vanguard LLC, registration number 56381280, address: 2/2 Anastas Mikoyan St, apt. 239, Yerevan, Armenia. Company site: dvsoft.tech. Contact: stan.shevchenko@dvsoft.tech.

Below, “we”. This document is an offer to enter into an agreement on the terms set out here, addressed to anyone who opens claudedu.com.

2. Who sells the course

The course is sold by Paddle, our payment partner acting as Merchant of Record. This means:

  • your purchase agreement is with Paddle, and the receipt and payment documents come from Paddle;
  • Paddle’s terms apply alongside this document;
  • Paddle calculates and pays sales taxes;
  • refunds are carried out by Paddle on our instruction.

We remain the owner of the course and are responsible for its content, for your access to it, and for reviewing your practical assignments. Write to us, not to Paddle, with any question about the course itself.

3. Where the course is sold

The course is sold in the Republic of Armenia and in the countries Paddle serves.

The course is not sold in the Russian Federation. Russian payment instruments are not accepted. The course exists in Russian, and any Russian-speaking buyer outside Russia whose payment instrument Paddle serves can buy it.

4. What you are buying

Access to an online course on Claude Code. It includes:

  • every section of the course: modules, reference sections, exams and practical assignments;
  • tests and exams that check your understanding of the material;
  • five practical assignments, each reviewed personally by the author, who replies within seven working days of receiving the work;
  • updates to the course for as long as your access lasts;
  • the course in three languages — Armenian, Russian and English. You can switch language at any time; your progress is shared.

The course is written, not filmed. We do not run webinars, do not hold live sessions, and do not provide individual consulting beyond the review of practical assignments.

A practical assignment is submitted as a link to a repository or a cloud drive, sent by email to stan.shevchenko@dvsoft.tech.

5. What you need to have

You need a computer and your own active Claude subscription. The subscription is not included in the price; we do not sell it, provide it or arrange it.

Anthropic does not officially serve every country. We cannot obtain Claude access for you and are not responsible if you cannot get it. This condition is stated on the purchase page above the payment button. If you bought the course and could not get access to Claude, the ordinary refund procedure applies.

6. Price

The price depends on the country you open the site from and is shown on the course page before payment. Taxes are calculated and charged by Paddle at checkout.

We may change prices. This does not affect access already paid for.

7. How the agreement is made

The agreement is concluded at the moment of payment. By paying you confirm that you have read this document, the refund policy and the privacy policy, and that you agree with them.

8. How access is granted

Access opens immediately after payment, to the email address you gave at checkout.

The course has no password. You sign in with a one-time link we send to your email on request. The link is valid for one hour and works once.

Access is granted to one person. The course is not intended for shared use by several people on a single payment; separate terms apply to teams and are described on the “For teams” page.

9. Access period

Six months from the moment of payment. During that period the whole course is available, including every update. When the period ends, the paid part closes; the free part stays open.

10. Course updates

The course changes as Anthropic’s documentation and Claude Code itself change. Every update is published by the author — nothing is published automatically. We notify you by email about substantial updates and keep a changelog.

We do not promise any particular number of updates or any particular frequency: the course changes when its subject changes.

11. Refund

The refund policy applies: 14 days from payment, and the right ends once you submit a practical assignment for review. The full text is a separate document.

12. Rights to the material

All course material — text, tests, exams, assignments and design — belongs to Digital Vanguard LLC.

You are buying the right to read the course and use it personally, not rights to the material itself. You may not publish the course material in whole or in part, sell or transfer it, give other people access to your account, or use the material to run training of your own.

You may apply everything the course teaches in your work and in your own products, without restriction and without crediting the course. We sell a skill, not a licence to use it.

Your practical assignments belong to you. We take no rights to them and do not publish them. If we want to show your work as an example, we will ask separately and will show it only with your written consent.

13. What we do not promise

We promise the content of the course and the review of your practical assignments. We do not promise:

  • any particular result in your work, or growth in income, productivity or speed — that depends on you, your task and your industry;
  • employment, a state-recognised certificate or any other document with legal effect;
  • that Claude Code and Anthropic’s services will work — we are not connected with them and have no influence over them;
  • that the material stays current indefinitely after your access period ends.

14. Liability

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by failures of hosting, of the authentication service or of the network. We fix them within a reasonable time; if access was unavailable for a substantial period, we extend your access period accordingly on your written request.

Our liability under this agreement does not exceed the amount you paid for the course. This limitation does not apply where consumer protection law does not allow it.

15. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances they could neither foresee nor prevent by reasonable means.

16. Disputes and governing law

This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia; disputes are heard by the courts of the Republic of Armenia. If you buy the course as a consumer and the law of your country gives you greater protection, its mandatory provisions apply.

We always try to settle by email before going to court. We answer a complaint within ten working days.

17. Changes to this document

We may change these terms. Agreements already concluded are governed by the version in force at the moment of payment. We keep earlier versions and provide them on request.

This document is published in Armenian, Russian and English. If the versions differ, the Russian version prevails: it is the language the document was written in.
