Refund Policy

In short: you can get your money back within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not submitted a practical assignment for review. The detail, with reasons, is below.
1. Why there is a refund at all
The course has no reviews and no sales record: it is new. The refund is what we offer instead of proof we do not yet have. You risk fourteen days, not the whole sum.
The free part of the course is open before you buy: the introduction, two modules and the exam on them. That is not a demo, it is the product itself — if it does not suit you, you can see that before paying.
2. Terms
The period is 14 calendar days from payment.
The right to a refund ends if you have submitted a practical assignment for review. The reason is plain: a practical assignment is read personally by the author, that is several hours of his time, and those hours cannot be returned. Nothing else in the course — text, tests, exams — is consumed in that sense.
There are no other conditions. We do not ask how many sections you read, do not require a reason, and do not offer an extension of access instead of money.
3. Who returns the money
The course is sold by Paddle: it sells the course in its own name, takes the payment and issues your receipt.
So the refund itself is carried out by Paddle, and Paddle’s own terms and timings apply alongside this document. We decide on the refund and instruct Paddle to return the money; from there the timing depends on Paddle and on your bank.
We have written this plainly rather than in small print, because it determines who to write to if the money does not arrive: us first, and we take it up with Paddle.
4. How to get a refund
Write to stan.shevchenko@dvsoft.tech from the address the course was bought for. One line is enough: “please refund my payment”. You do not have to give a reason, but if you do, it helps make the course better.
We reply within three working days and issue the refund instruction.
Money is returned by the same method you paid with, to the same payment instrument — no payment service can do otherwise. The time to reach your account depends on Paddle and on your bank, and is usually five to ten working days. We do not deduct any fee for the refund.
5. What happens to your access
After a refund, access to the paid part of the course closes. The free part stays open — it is open to everyone and does not depend on a purchase.
We do not erase your progress: if you come back and buy the course again, your marks will be there. If you want the data deleted, say so in the same email — see the privacy policy.
6. If the course does not suit you technically
The course needs your own Claude subscription — it is not included in the price and we do not provide it. Anthropic does not officially serve every country, and we cannot influence that.
If you bought the course and could not get access to Claude, that is grounds for a refund in the ordinary way, within the same 14 days. We do not treat that as your mistake and we do not argue about it. That is exactly why the condition is stated on the purchase page, above the button.
7. When we refund on our own initiative
- if access did not open through our fault and we did not fix it within a reasonable time;
- if we stop running the course before your access period ends — then we return the part of the payment matching the unused period;
- if we did not review your practical assignment within the promised period and you tell us so: we then either extend your access or return your money — your choice.
8. Disputes
We prefer to settle by email. If that fails, the law of the Republic of Armenia applies and disputes are heard by the courts of the Republic of Armenia. If you buy the course as a consumer and the law of your country gives you greater protection, its mandatory provisions apply.
