Corporate Claude Code training

Teach your team to work with Claude Code systematically

A course for product managers and product owners who want to use an AI agent in real work.

Your team will learn to pick the right tools and check the result — instead of relying on random prompts and confident answers from Claude.

Separate access for each employee. One invoice and closing documents for the company.

A manager’s tasks

Tasks you can do together with Claude Code

Managers constantly work with research, metrics, requirements, prototypes and stakeholder communication.

The course teaches you to hand the mechanical part of that work to Claude Code, keep the product context and check the result — without handing product decisions to the agent.

01

Make sense of research and feedback

Bring interviews, support tickets, reviews and survey results into one picture: pull out recurring problems, segments, scenarios and contradictions, keeping every conclusion tied to its source.

Input:
interviews, reviews, tickets, survey results
Output:
a research summary, a problem map or an opportunity brief
02

Get to the bottom of metrics and state hypotheses

Check the export, compare the numbers, find anomalies and segments that moved. Separate the observed fact from a possible cause and decide what else needs checking.

Input:
data exports, metric definitions, the context of changes
Output:
an analytical note, a list of hypotheses and a test plan
03

Prepare requirements and put the backlog in order

Turn scattered notes, research and agreements into a clear brief: the problem, the scenarios, the constraints, the dependencies, the open questions and the acceptance criteria.

Input:
notes, research, requests from the team and stakeholders
Output:
a one-pager, a PRD, user stories or a groomed backlog
04

Test a product hypothesis

Put an experiment together: work through the assumptions, the test scenario and the success criteria, and where needed build a landing page, an interactive prototype, a calculator or a small internal tool.

Input:
the hypothesis, the audience, the constraints and the success criteria
Output:
an experiment brief, a prototype or a working demo
05

Prepare materials for stakeholders

Put the data and the decisions into a format that suits a specific audience: an executive, the engineering team, design, marketing or the commercial side.

Input:
metrics, decisions, risks, statuses and brand materials
Output:
an executive summary, a deck, a project status or a decision memo
06

Systematise recurring product work

Save the procedure you have to run regularly: the weekly metrics review, the status update, feedback processing, documentation upkeep or release notes.

Input:
the recurring task, its sources and the rules for doing it
Output:
a repeatable process, a Skill and criteria for checking the result
The product decision stays with the person

Claude Code can gather the material, check it is complete and prepare a document, a visualisation or a prototype. But prioritisation, interpreting the data, choosing the hypothesis and owning the decision stay with the product manager.

On the course, each person chooses one cross-course project: a safe project of their own or one of the course projects. They learn to build a reliable, repeatable process around it.

Where you are now

Your team already uses AI. The question is how well

Managers, marketers, analysts and designers hand Claude more and more of their work. But without a shared approach the result depends on one person’s experience and on a lucky prompt.

A plausible answer is taken for finished work

Claude says “done”, but the result can be incomplete, wrong, or simply not saved where it was expected.

The wrong processes get automated

Not every recurring job is worth handing to an agent. Sometimes automation creates more oversight and more errors than the time it saves.

Tools get plugged in without understanding the task

Skills, MCP, plugins and other extensions pile up, but they do not always make the work better.

Limits run out fast

Too heavy a model, extra context and a badly split task all eat into the available quota.

The course gives your team one way of working with Claude Code: from setting the task and organising context to checking the result and using external services safely.

What the training gives

After the course a person does not just talk to Claude — they organise its work

01

Organise project context and memory

Keep the rules, the knowledge, the decisions and the current state of the work so a new session can pick up where it should.

02

Set tasks with a checkable result

Decide up front what the outcome should be, what counts as done and what will confirm it.

03

Build repeatable Skills

Save working procedures, standards and reference material so the same process is not described from scratch every time.

04

Choose the right mechanism

Tell a project rule from a Skill, an MCP connection, a hook, a separate agent or a scheduled run — and not complicate the setup without a reason.

05

Check what Claude produced

Accept the work against criteria and evidence, even when the person cannot read program code.

06

Manage models and limits

Know when a stronger model, a higher effort level or a separate session is needed — and how those choices affect the quota.

07

Work with external services

Connect data and applications only when the task calls for it, limit the access and account for what a wrong action would cost.

08

Hand Claude work that runs without you

Set up suitable tasks to run in the background, on an event or on a schedule — and check that the work really finished.

What your company gets

The company gets one standard for working with Claude Code

The course does not tie people to one set of prompts. It gives a shared way of making decisions that carries over to different tasks and processes.

One shared way of working

Everyone uses the same principles for setting tasks, organising context and accepting the result.

Practice on one cross-course project

Each person completes five assignments on one project, either their own or one provided by the course. Every stage builds on the previous one and ends with a verifiable result.

Quality control over AI work

People learn to check the actual result instead of trusting the word “done”.

A more self-sufficient team

For many everyday tasks a person no longer needs a separate internal tool to be built or a technical specialist standing by.

The course teaches people to work with Claude Code. The actual effect depends on the tasks they pick, where they start from and how far Claude can be used inside the company’s processes.

How the training works

Training without mandatory webinars or pulling the whole team off work

  1. 1
The company buys as many seats as it needs

Each person gets their own access. The company gets one invoice and the closing documents.

  2. 2
People go through the modules at their own pace

The course is entirely text. Nobody has to fit a schedule or scrub through hours of video.

  3. 3
    Exams follow the key blocks

Interactive exams check that the material landed before the harder topics start.

  4. 4
    They develop one cross-course project

Participants develop one cross-course project: a useful service and a repeatable routine around it — from the first public version to safe automation.

  5. 5
    They complete 5 practical assignments

The author of the course reviews them personally — not a bot and not a keyword check.

  6. 6
They come back to the material when they need it

Access lasts a year. Any section can be revisited when the matching task shows up at work.

What a manager sees

On request a manager can get the list of completed modules, the exam results and the status of the practical assignments.

Questions and answers

Everything you need to know before buying

Will the course suit people who do not write code?
Yes. The course is made for non-technical specialists. Nobody has to write code by hand: the person learns to set tasks for Claude, organise the project and check the result.
Can we buy two or three seats?
Yes. One invoice, separate access for each person, and the price per seat drops from the eleventh.
Can we add seats later?
Yes. New seats are priced at the tier the total number of participants has reached. Seats already paid for are not recalculated.
What does a manager see?
On request: where each person stopped, which exams they passed and the reviews of their practical assignments.
Which languages is the course available in?
Russian, English and Armenian. Each person picks their own, and progress is shared: you can read a module in English and come back to it in Russian.
How long does the training take?
About two weeks at an hour a day. Access lasts a year and the pace is up to the person.
Which documents does the company get?
An invoice and closing documents from Digital Vanguard LLC, Armenia. The company details are on the contacts page.
